Shipping Policy In Stock Items usually ship within 1 to 3 business days (Monday thru Friday).
Made to Order Items will take longer depending on current orders of the manufacturers.
Many of our products are "Custom Made to Order" just as you request!
We will get your order processed as quickly as possible so you can be using your gear or tack!
We choose to ship using USPS Priority Mail as we find it the fastest delivery and the least expensive shipping costs.
We do offer "Ground" Shipping with Fed Ex or UPS, by your requests, and some manufacturers will Drop Ship Ground, like Saddle Pads are shipped by the manufacturer directly to you.
We will email updates and/or forward the Tracking Information so you can be expecting delivery!
Please check your email often while we are processing your order,
as we will make every attempt to keep you up to date on the progress of your order!
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
When you place an order on our website you will receive a automated computer generated
email confirmation and a copy of your order. *Usually within a few minutes.
Please double check your order for correctness of sizes, color, etc.
Notify us of any corrections that need to be made on your order as soon as possible.

Otherwise, we cannot contact you with status or for more information.
Within 24 to 48 hours we will send you *personal email
with the any Questions or Details & Ship Status of your order
(such as: In Stock Items Shipping, Optional Stock Items, or Custom Ordered, Back Ordered Items

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Wind Rider offers USPS Priority Mail,
By Request only, Fed Ex or UPS Ground to Physical Addresses only!
Most orders will be shipped by Priority Mail, unless your request otherwise.
Priority Mail takes 2 to 3 Business Days for delivery within the Continental United States.
Shipping address to a PO Box must be shipped by Priority Mail.
Saddle Pads and Large Items may be shipped by Fed Ex or UPS Ground and often these items may be
Dropped Shipped Directly to you. Ground Shipping takes 3 to 5 Business Days for delivery.
We also Ship Internationally!
We will email a Shipping Quote for your review before we process your order.
Ship by USPS Priority International Mail with 6 to 10 Business Days for delivery to most countries.
Our International Shipping Costs Do Not Include any Duties/Fees or Taxes due upon delivery to you.
PAYMENT ON ORDERS
We accept VISA, Master Card, or Discover credit cards.
Or we also offer PayPal Processing for payment.
You do not have to have an account with PayPal to use their payment processing.
Cashiers Check, Money Order or PERSONAL CHECKS (*must clear bank before shipping order).
Please let us know if you will be mailing a check so that we can let you know when received.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
Any product being returned needs to be in its original new, pre-shipped condition...
and the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
We will then work with you to either exchange, replace or issue a refund for the cost of the Item,
based on our communications with you.
New Condition Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 Days from shipment of your order.
IN ORDER TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE,
PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST AND OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION #
so that we will be expecting your return.
Custom Made items are not returnable unless defective.
We will repair or replace the item for you--depending on the problem.
Returns and/or Exchanges in new condition ONLY, for a refund. (Shipping costs are not refunded.)
20% re-stock fee will be charged for any item not returned within 30 days.
(Shipping costs are not refunded.) EXCEPTIONS: Sale Items are not returnable.
PLEASE Call or E-Mail BEFORE returning an item so that we can be expecting the return.
If we sent you the wrong item, we will refund the return shipping cost.
Otherwise, the customer is responsible for any return shipping as well as shipping on the new item.
